  2. Have you ever asked a user of your product how they like it, and had them tell you it’s fantastic, super easy to use, and they love it?

I bet it made you feel great didn’t it?

Well… bad news… that kind of feedback sucks, and hearing it does nothing for you besides making you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

  3. One of the best things you can do to advance your career is elicit real-time feedback at work.

You will gain a clearer understanding of what you’re doing well—and what you can change—in the moment. That is more powerful than hearing feedback after the fact.

  4. When deciding which law firm to hire, potential clients consult the source they trust most: other clients. Online reviews play a huge role in the client’s decision-making process. To succeed in such a landscape, legal practices must develop a deep understanding of their clients’ wants and needs, immediately address all client issues, and ensure satisfied clients’ voices get heard.

  5. Today, developing a SaaS product and launching it in the market is easier than ever before. The good news is that there is a market for almost every quality product. With platforms like Siftery, Product Hunt, and Stack Share, product discovery for and access to early adopters has become a cake walk. However, every SaaS founder takes a leap of faith when building a new product. The success of this leap depends largely on how good the product’s roadmap is. The product roadmap doesn’t necessarily mean that the product must have a definitive feature list with a meticulously carved release plan. For me, it is more important that the product roadmap have a clear identification of the customer problems that the product will continue to solve with every new feature. And most importantly, it must answer how the “build-measure-learn” feedback loop will be incorporated into the product.

  6. What’s left apart from designing the beautiful website / Portal? Is that the images or content or backgrounds that should be fitted in the site?
No, this is not the concluding step before exploring the site to the public. The site has to be gone through “Testing” phase which is the most essential part of the designer’s role. It shows the correct path to shut the door on various obstacles that were not expected in the design section.

  7. The craze of online shopping is at its all-time high. There is a set of people who prefer to log in their favorite websites and buy things rather than visiting the mall that’s close by. But then, at the same time, there is a large group of people who still have those doubts about online shopping platforms and prefer to follow the traditional shopping way outs.

  8. An app’s store rating has a tremendous impact on how well an app ranks in the app store and strongly influences what percentage of store listing impressions result in downloads. Many apps (and by extension businesses) live and die with their app store ratings. At the same time, app store ratings are simply a reflection of how well an app is received and how it interacts with its users. Many would-be negative reviews can be circumvented through in-app feedback mechanisms. In turn, many potential positive reviews are left unfulfilled because a user was not properly prompted. This article will explore how apps and app owners can combat negative reviews, successfully solicit positive reviews, and even convert 1-star ratings into 5-stars.

  10. Conversational surveys such as Wizu massively improve the survey experience by offering a more engaging, interactive and personalised survey. In some ways conversational surveys are going back to the old-style face to face interviews by gaining deeper insight through conversations. However rather than deploying hundreds of interviewers armed with a clipboard, you can utilise one chatbot to conduct your surveys.
